I’m not usually a review writer unless I felt it was completely deserving. First off, the team!!!!! From the front desk staff, to the assistants, to the amazingly talented, Dr. Ahlbrecht! Everyone is super professional, caring, attentive, and so so kind. I drive about 50 minutes to get to the office and honestly I’d drive 2 hours if I needed to! I will 1000% recommend North Meridian Dental Excellence to everyone! 😊

This was my first visit & I was impressed. The office was clean & comfortable. The front desk staff could not have been nicer. But the real plus was Dr. Benjamin Ahlbrecht! What a nice guy & he took time to answer all my questions. I am pleased to have this practice take care of my dental needs.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Albrecht since he started, and have noted how he continually has added facilities and staff as his practice has grown. I like that he now has 2 associated dentists. I like to think that my dentist can take time off, and still have a dentist available for emergencies. The office is completely up to date and restful, and the staff are competent and cheerful.

Dr. Ben and his staff are top notch. I had two teeth knocked out in an accident and Dr. Ben (along with Dr. Michael Edwards from Implant Dentistry and Periodontics who implanted the titanium posts) did an amazing job of recreating my teeth. I love that Dr. Ben is a perfectionist in the best since of that word: he takes his craft and the care of his patients seriously and always with kindness and compassion and more importantly he took the task of creating my new teeth with the perfection of an artist. Dr. Ben did an outstanding job for me and I couldn't be happier. I would be remiss to not mention his staff that showed me outstanding care, compassion, kindness and also were downright fun. I can honestly say, I actually looked forward to "going to the dentist". I would w/o reservation recommend Dr. Ben and his practice from anything from a simple cleaning to a complete dental replacement. I, for one, am a very satisfied customer and am very grateful to the whole practice for taking care of me during a difficult time.

When I moved and couldn't see the dentist I'd had for 28 years, I was worried that I'd never replace her. I am just as happy here. Lovely staff, gentle and thorough hygienists, and Dr. Ahlbrecht listens and is knowledgeable. Grateful.

I've had at least eight, or nine appointments over the last 3-ish years at this point. Love the whole staff... Everyone is friendly, and they never try to sell you on any unnecessary procedures. Autumn (hygienist) provides the highest level of comfort during cleanings, and Dr. Ahlbrecht is always professionally honest about any questions regarding your teeth. I'd also be perplexed by anyone not appreciative of Gwen's (hygiene coordinator) witty banter. The office is in a constant state of cleanliness, and they clearly care about providing quality service. Considering new faces aren't in there at every visit, one can only assume they give equal investment towards employee retention, as well. Cheers, to having a cohesive team and great management.

As a very Long time patient of North Meridian Dental Excellence, I have already left a 5 star review in the past. However, today, I want to give another shout out to the North Meridian Dental Excellence practice for helping me in an unexpected urgent situation when my veneer of 35 years popped out! I was not in any pain and luckily managed to keep my undamaged veneer for replacement. When I spoke to them on the phone, the office got me scheduled for the next day and then called me back almost immediately because they had a cancellation for an earlier appointment! ... The work was done pleasantly and quickly at a much much cheaper cost than if I'd needed a new treatment. They also took the time to consult with me on different options for the future If I so choose. I couldn't be happier with my past and present experience at North Meridian Dental Excellence! Thank you so much to that wonderful team and support staff for their great and personable service!

I went through an Invisalign treatment plan to correct my bite and improve my smile. The treatment took much longer than originally projected, however Dr. Ahlbrecht and his staff stuck with me to get it right. Michelle was particularly good at taking the scans, facilitating getting my next set of aligners, and answering questions

Kudos to Dr Ahlbrecht and his staff for an excellent job replacing a crown (done long ago by my previous dentist) whose margins had deteriorated over the years. It was done all in one setting; a painless and skillfully done procedure using the latest techniques. Dr. Ahlbrecht spent a significant amount of time ensuring that result was structurally correct and aesthetically pleasing & natural appearing. My discriminating wife was even impressed...and she herself is a dentist!!!

I had such a great experience at North Meridian Dental Excellence! From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Kathleen, the hygienist, was fantastic—super thorough, kind, and easy to talk to. Dr. Albrecht is absolutely wonderful. He takes his time to listen and talk through any concerns, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. Everyone there was so friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

I was in a great deal of pain yesterday in my gums and jaw and Dr Albrecht called me Sunday and talked to me and his staff was able to work me into his schedule the next morning. He and his staff are kind, professional and knowledgeable, and very helpful.

I am a verified dental patient wimp. Katie at the reception desk, was so helpful in getting me an appointment due to tooth pain I was having autumn was my dental hygienist today and she was so helpful, considerate of my pain tolerance, And explained everything really well. The dentist, doctor Albrecht, explain my x-rays thoroughly, and put together a treatment plan with autumn and Katie for me. They are a very professional organization, but also so friendly, kind, and considerate.

Dr. Albrecht was magnificent at replacing my old crown and cavity. So thorough and he managed to stay on track dealing with my issues, and friendly too! Friendly Dental Assistant Carla was superb, calmly maneuvering around my requests and managed to get that x-ray! Thank you!😁🦷

Drs. Ahlbrecht and Benson have been wonderful! I am getting an implant on an infected root canal tooth. I’ve read how unhealthy it is to have any infection in your mouth that circles around your Heart and Brain and will contribute to a painful, slow death. I do not need that! Floss and then Brush, you’ll live longer and healthier. God Bless Everybody!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars for this place. First off, everyone who works at this office is amazing. They’re all so genuinely nice and want you to have a comfortable time while you’re there. I found this office on Google when I was searching for a new dentist since I had just moved to the area. I called and immediately got an appointment. What I was expecting to be a simple routine checkup turned into something much more when I was told I needed a root canal. Dr. Ahlbrecht was great at explaining what needed to be done and why, and also referred me to a great endodontist to perform my root canal. After that, I was able to get back to Dr. Ahlbrecht and he then began the process of whitening and then putting crowns on my front teeth. I just got them finished and I am THRILLED with the result. He made sure that they were what I wanted before applying them permanently. I couldn’t be happier. They look so much like my old teeth and I seriously can’t stop smiling. I think my favorite part about North Meridian Dental Excellence is that they explain everything they are doing and why they’re doing it. You’re never left in the dark. Dr. Ahlbrecht even called me later that day after a procedure just to make sure I was holding up okay. The entire team is so thorough, from the procedure your getting done to explaining payment options when you’re finished. This entire team and office is so great and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I had a severe phobia of dentists that dated back to when I was young. I used to go to the only dentist in my small town where there was no such thing as making the patient comfortable. In the 70’s doctors were ruff, didn’t wear masks, glasses or gloves. In my 20’s and away from the parents I’d go years between dentist visits because I was terrified. This led to longer more difficult cleanings. It had been about 4 years since my last visit and a crown fell off. I searched online and found Dr. Ahlbrecht by luck. I was looking for someone nice and his picture made him look nice. Lol. The first time I went in I told him about the crown falling off and my severe phobia of dentists. It was like he took that as a challenge. He taught me tricks to help calm down, he gave me headphones to wear, he’d explain everything he was about to do and showed me the tool before he did the next step. Don’t get me wrong, I wasn’t suddenly cured but my experience was so much better than my 1976 doctor with lumberjack fingers. Dr. Ahlbrecht put me on a cleaning schedule of every 3-4 months rather than 6 months like most people. What this does is gets me in quicker so the plaque has less time to form so then it’s easier and much quicker for his hygienists. Dr. Ahlbrecht has all the new technology and he fitted me for Invisalign braces which worked out great. Every time I see him he’s got a new plaque (pun intended) hanging on the wall announcing him as Top Dentist of Indy and continued education. I hope the readers of this review will know this is a 100% unsolicited review of my dentist. I feel very lucky to have found him. I know I’ve given him some headaches during my early visits but he’d never show it. One last thing, I don’t see turnover with his staff. The basic core of employees has stayed the same since the first day I stepped into his office 6 years ago. That tells me that he’s not only a great dentist, but also a great boss. Sincerely, Mike C.
